We build iOS scanning experiences with Apple RoomPlan, then connect captured room geometry to custom 2D and 3D review tools. Potential features include room labels, wall and opening controls, dimension editing, multi-level navigation and exports.

The product should distinguish captured measurements from reviewed measurements. We recommend keeping the source scan, the reviewer’s corrections and the final calculated areas traceable, so an edit to a wall or room can be understood later.

Property inspection reports and appraisal reporting

For an inspection business, we can develop home inspection reports, property condition reports, branded PDF report templates, client access and a reviewer dashboard. For an appraisal software team, we can develop Uniform Appraisal Dataset reporting workflows with structured field mapping, report conditions, photo handling and validation against the selected UAD specification.

These are distinct deliverables. A polished inspection PDF is not, by itself, a complete UAD submission workflow. Submission access, delivery requirements and any required verification must be agreed with the relevant lender and technology partners.
