INTERACTIVE 3D / WEB DEVELOPMENT

Give visitors something worth exploring.

Interactive 3D websites that help people understand a space, explore a product and take the next step with your business.

Custom 3D website development with a business purpose

Appcodie builds custom websites and interactive 3D experiences for businesses that need to explain more than a flat image can show. Possible projects include property room explorers, architectural presentations, product configurators and demonstrations of spatial software.

We start with the decision your visitor needs to make. A property prospect may want to understand room sizes. A product buyer may need to compare configurations. A software client may want to try a workflow before requesting a proposal. The interaction should answer that question and make the next step easy.

Make the model useful

  • Room explorers: select spaces, display dimensions and area, and switch between an overview and a floor plan.
  • Model controls: rotate, zoom, reset and navigate with controls suitable for mouse, touch and keyboard use.
  • Product demonstrations: show selected features or configurations with accompanying explanations.
  • Enquiry journeys: connect the experience to a project brief, contact form or existing sales process.

Our spatial blueprint demo shows selectable sample rooms and dimensions. It is illustrative geometry, not a live property scan or a promise of measurement accuracy.

Plan for mobile screens and real devices

A 3D page needs a performance budget. We consider model complexity, texture sizes, deferred loading and the amount of animation running at once. A useful fallback image or simplified view should keep the content and enquiry links available when a device cannot render the full experience.

Responsive layouts need more than a smaller canvas. Labels must remain readable, touch controls need space, and motion should respect reduced-motion preferences. We agree representative devices and browsers for testing as part of the project scope.

The surrounding service information remains readable HTML so people and search engines can understand the offer without interacting with a model. Titles, headings, internal links and metadata support that content.

What we need to scope your 3D website

Share the purpose of the site, your audience, brand assets and any models or reference material you already have. Tell us whether the experience needs configuration, account access, a CMS, an ecommerce connection or a lead form.

We can scope design, frontend implementation and connected backend features together. Model preparation and content requirements should be agreed early, including asset rights, levels of detail and the fallback presentation.

For a larger platform, explore custom mobile and web app development. For room capture and measurement workflows, see LiDAR and floor-plan app development.

Questions before you start

Will the website work on mobile and Chrome?

We scope responsive layouts and Chrome compatibility, with touch controls and a simpler fallback where 3D rendering is unavailable. Browser and device acceptance checks are agreed for each project.

Can a 3D website be search-friendly?

Yes. Descriptive HTML content, fast loading, crawlable links and accessible navigation can accompany the 3D experience. Animation alone does not provide useful search content or guarantee rankings.

Can you connect the experience to our existing contact form?

Yes. We can link to an existing enquiry form or scope a custom form and CRM integration. Measurement of completed enquiries requires integration with the destination form.
