Transportation Rules

School Transport Policy

At Imperial International School For Excellence, Khuian Sarwar, we provide a safe, reliable, and
well-managed school transportation service upto 30 Kms radius to support daily student
commuting. Our transport system is designed to ensure punctuality, safety, and convenience, while
strictly adhering to school transport safety norms.

Eligibility and Registration

Students wishing to avail school transport must complete the registration process at the beginning
of the academic session. Registration requires submission of:

  • A duly filled transport form
  • Preferred route and designated pick-up/drop-off point
  • Emergency contact details
  • Signed acceptance of the school transport code of conduct

Transport facilities are provided on approved routes, subject to availability, demand, and
operational feasibility.

Transport Fee Policy

Transport fees are charged as per the route-wise fee structure determined by the school. The fee is
non-refundable and non-transferable, and no concessions are granted upon request.

Transportation charges are not applicable during summer and winter vacations, holidays, breaks,
or officially declared off days.

Safety and Supervision

Student safety is our highest priority. All school buses are operated by trained drivers and
experienced attendants, and undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections. Each vehicle is
equipped with:

  • GPS tracking system
  • First-aid kit
  • Emergency contact details

Parents are informed about assigned routes and timings at the time of allocation.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Guidelines

Students must reach the designated pick-up point at least five minutes before the scheduled time
and wait safely away from traffic. Boarding and deboarding is permitted only at approved stops. The
driver or attendant may deny boarding if safety norms are not followed.

Student Behaviour

Students are expected to remain seated, follow safety instructions, respect fellow passengers,
and avoid distracting the driver. Any misconduct may lead to temporary or permanent suspension
from transport services.

Parents’ Responsibilities and Communication

Parents must ensure adult supervision for younger children at drop-off points and promptly inform
the Transport Office about emergencies or route changes. In case of delays due to traffic or weather,
parents are notified via SMS or phone calls, with student safety as the foremost priority.
